「二」 Rukongai scouting 「二」
~Rukongai RP Rules~
This thread is for the use of Non Division and Division Members for RP purposes and has been created by Division mods as a neutral ground for interactive RP. The idea is you can start posting here to get practice, sometimes we may do scouting ourselves and recruit you.
Non Division Members are invited to RP here as citizens of Rukongai's District Three. Here you can create your own unique character and background and interact with other members of the forum without having any firm ties to any Division. Citizens of Rukongai are allowed to utilise the following skills:
-Basic sword skills (no jutsu)
-Basic spiritual skills (as exhibited by Rukia when living in Rukongai)
Rukongai citizens can post in the thread as much as they like, but please be aware of the following site wide rules:
-No swearing
-No spamming (please try to avoid double posting)
-No abuse of other members
-No spoilering manga plot.
Rukongai members are allowed to squabble and interact with other Rukongai members, but they are NOT permitted to spar with members of a Division and they are NOT equal in strength to any member of any Division. In other words, you are weaker then a recruit.
